FTTH rollouts and the civil works that make them possible.
Fibre to the home (FTTH) is changing how households and businesses across Saudi Arabia connect. Behind every new fibre connection is a substantial amount of civil and installation work, much of it carried out in busy streets and established neighbourhoods.
Before fibre can be installed, the route has to be prepared. That typically means locating existing underground services, excavating or using minimum-dig methods, installing ducts and chambers, and reinstating roads and footpaths to the required standard.
Once the civil network is in place, teams install and splice the fibre, connect distribution points and test each link before customers are connected.
Telecom works rarely happen on empty sites. Crews work alongside traffic, residents and other utilities, so coordination, clear signage and good reinstatement matter as much as speed.
Telecoms and FTTH works are part of Dar Al Akeeli's wider infrastructure and underground utilities capability, which lets us support telecom providers with the civil, installation and testing works their rollouts depend on.
